Who we are

This website is run by Lion Digital Solution, a website and web application design and development business based in India. Lion Digital Solution is not a registered company and has no public street address. For anything about your data, email the privacy contact or message us on WhatsApp +91 7600747798.

What we collect

When you send the contact form, we receive:

• your name and, if you add it, your business name
• your WhatsApp number
• your email address, only if you choose to give it
• the package, website type and budget you pick, and the project details you write

We do not ask for payment card details, passwords or identity documents through this website.

Like most websites, our hosting and analytics providers also receive basic technical details when you visit, such as your IP address, browser type, device type, the pages you open and the site that sent you here.

Why we use it

• To reply to your enquiry and discuss your project on WhatsApp, phone or email.
• To send you a quote and, if you go ahead, to deliver and support your website.
• To stop spam and abuse of the contact form, for example by limiting how many requests can come from one connection.
• To understand, in total, how many people visit the site and which pages are useful, so we can improve it.

We do not sell your details, and we do not use them for advertising by other businesses.

Who helps us process it

We use a small number of service providers to run this website. They only handle your details to provide their service to us:

• Supabase stores contact form enquiries in a database and stores the videos and images shown on the site.
• Vercel hosts the website and receives the technical details of each visit.
• FormSubmit delivers a copy of each contact form enquiry to our inbox by email.
• Google Analytics (property G-9C8GLGD5FX) measures visits and page views.
• WhatsApp (Meta) is used when you tap a WhatsApp link or continue a conversation there. Your use of WhatsApp is covered by WhatsApp’s own privacy policy.

Some of these providers may store or process data outside India.

How long we keep it

We keep an enquiry until your request is closed (the project is finished, or you decide not to go ahead), and then for 12 more months in case you come back to us with questions. After that it is deleted. You can ask us to delete it sooner at any time. Records used only to limit spam on the contact form are removed automatically within a day.

Cookies and analytics

Google Analytics sets cookies in your browser to count visits and to tell new visitors from returning ones. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings, or use Google’s opt-out browser add-on, and the website will still work. The website also sets one cookie for the private admin area, which is only used by the site owner when signed in.

Your rights

Under India’s Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, you can ask us what personal data we hold about you, ask us to correct or update it, ask us to delete it, and withdraw your consent at any time. You can also raise a complaint with us, and if we do not resolve it, with the Data Protection Board of India. To make any request, email the privacy contact. We may ask you to confirm your WhatsApp number or email so we only share details with the right person.

Visitors in the UK and European Union: if the UK GDPR or EU GDPR applies to you, you also have the right to access, correct, delete or move your data, to object to or restrict how it is used, and to complain to your local data protection authority. We rely on your request (taking steps before a possible contract) to handle your enquiry, and on our legitimate interest in running and improving the website for basic analytics and spam protection.

Children

This website is meant for businesses and adults. We do not knowingly collect details from anyone under 18. If you think a child has sent us their details, please contact us and we will delete them.

Keeping your data safe

We use HTTPS across the site, keep the admin area behind a password, and limit access to enquiries to the site owner. No online service can be completely secure, so please do not send sensitive personal information through the contact form.

Changes to this policy

We may update this page when the website or the services we use change. The date at the top shows when it was last updated.
